Hello everyone. Today's announcement is rather quick but exciting. We are happy to announce that after several requests from GTM players, we are finally bringing back Custom Premium Houses! Custom houses are Premium houses, specially built for a certain player. These custom houses may contain (almost) any customization a player can dream of, ranging from the size, shape, and color of their house, or even specific customizations such as having a secret room, or your player skulls within the custom house!
You are now able to request Custom Houses at https://grandtheftmc.net/support-tickets/open under the "Custom House" department. The request will then be appropriately handled by the build team! For further instructions and details on how to proceed, please visit the following post:

Grand Theft Minecart would like to announce the release of its very own WIKI! The GTM wiki can be found at the website wiki.grandtheftmc.net. There is also a button on the forums that brings you straight to the wiki. Soon you will be able to use the command /wiki in-game to find a link to the wiki.
The Grand Theft Minecart wiki includes all the information you need to know in order to get started and to get a better understanding of our server! At the wiki you can find information about every single topic in three different languages, English, German and Dutch. Not only for new players, but also for long time players you can find a lot of useful information you might have not known. You can even find a command list on there!
We would like to thank all the wiki team members that have been working several months on this big project. Without them there would not have been a wiki at all, so make sure to thank them! Even though they have been working many months on the wiki and have included nearly all the important information, there can be information that needs to be added or outdated content that needs an update. As a player you can help us by editing the pages and add the information or update the outdated content. Your edits will have to be reviewed by a wiki moderator or administrator before it actually gets added, to prevent vandalism.
We are excited to hear what the community thinks about the wiki. Please leave any thoughts, comments, feedback or suggestions below! We will try to get back to as many of you as possible and continue with improving the wiki.
[PATCH 1.2.0]
This week's patch was among our bigger updates. We manage to push out several things including a map update, updating crowbar crates, and several other general fixes!
[Mindiana]
During last nights maintenance, the GTM Team pushed a major map update that added well over 100 premium houses to both GTM Minesantos and Sanktburg. This major update was in an effort to meet the expanding housing demands of our players on both GTMs.
Note: These houses are added to the map but are not completely set up. They are planned to be set up by the end of the week.

[Crowbar Crates]One of our target goals going into the New Year was to revisit Crowbar Crate drops and make them more rewarding for players. Some of the staff members spent a lot of time reviewing the current drops for each crate. This update we have reworked every single crowbar crate reward payout and encourage players to browse the new rewards!
We would like to remind players that voting for the server rewards you with 2 crowbars per vote!
The five-star Crowbar Crate has decreased in price from 1,000 crowbars to 500 crowbars.

Dear Vice players,
I have some very unfortunate news for you. We will be removing ViceMC from the network. I know that I have promised a new season over and over again, but people have made me realize that I am causing damage to the network by allowing it to continue. The playerbase, however loyal, is too small to sustain its development. I must attribute all available resources to GTM.
Why can't you just keep Vice open?
With no development resources being attributed to this server, bugs will remain unfixed. This will not only damage the gameplay on Vice, but it will also be harmful to the GTM Network as a whole.
Fixing these bugs will cost too much, and we'd rather focus on GTM.
Why did you lie to us for so long?
I'm sorry for not making this decision earlier, but I did not lie to you. I really wanted to release a Vice S3 and get the bugs fixed, but GTM remained my first priority. With our development team being reduced to 1 person, it was not viable to fix these bugs. Internal discussions with the dev & staff team made me realize I had to make this decision. I'm sorry if it feels like I was stringing you along.
When will you close ViceMC?
I will leave it open for a couple more days so you can say goodbye to it.
Will we be compensated for our purchases?
Anyone that made ViceMC purchases since October 1, 2018 are eligible for a giftcard for the value of their purchases, that they can spend on GTM. Create a ticket in the Purchases department to receive your credit.
Again, my sincerest apologies. I hope you will continue to play on the GTM Network.
