The big update that everyone has been waiting for is here!
Hello, I know everyone has been waiting so so long for a map update/ more houses on GTM7 for a long long time well the time has come. The management team was planning a new island for Minesantos but had to re-think our options and our decision came to putting the new island on GTM7. We are very proud of all the hard work that DieHeldernaar and the rest of the build team did on this project as it wasn't an easy one. I came to DieHeld about three weeks ago saying that I would like to do a new island for GTM, he said okay what style would you like... I said that I would like Victorian and Medieval. Pictures of some of the snapshots below!
I would also like to discuss some rules about this because I know a lot of people want to buy up all the houses. The senior team and myself will be checking ALL premium houses that are owned on the island to make sure that you do not have a alt or a good friend on GTM holding the house for you. To clarify the person has to be a active person that another party DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO. If we do find out about it we will force sell the house and WILL NOT BE REFUNDING PERMITS.
We really hope that you guys enjoy the island as much as we do.
Disclaimer, the island has to be connected with the bridge and will be out later today 4/27/2021.

Custom houses refer to Premium Houses that are CUSTOM Built for a player. Players who request custom houses can oversee the construction of their house and coordinate with the designated builder making the house to have their house built just the way they want it! Advantages of owning a custom house include:
- You choose what your house should look like. You can coordinate with the builder that is building your house to make it just the way you like (within reason). For example, if you want secret rooms in your house, you can have secret rooms! If you want a basement, you got it! Do you like balconies? Sure!
- Having your name be integrated into the design of the house to let everyone know who is the Lord of the Mansion!
- Have custom player skulls of you and your friend where ever you want in the house to get whatever kinky roleplay you wanna get going!
- ONLY Custom Houses are allowed to have an Ender chest in them so you don't have to go alllll the way back to spawn.
- In regular houses, if the owner of the house is offline for over 45 days, the house is forced sold. With Custom Houses, that limit has been increased to 60...
