Houses

There are 3 types of houses:

• Premium Houses
• Non-Premium Houses
• Custom Houses

Non-Premium Houses
Non-Premium Houses are purchased with in-game money: the cheapest one is $100.000 and can be found at Trailer Park and 41 Avenue. The most expensive houses on GTM1 are the $2.000.000 houses which are located at Japan, Crossroad and inside the big gray building at Coastal. A $100.000 house has 2 chests and the $800.000 & $1.000.000 house both have 15 chests. The only difference is the location. (The one at seashore is at a much better location). The $2.000.000 house has 23 chests in it.



Premium Houses
Premium Houses are a special group of houses that are bought with gold. Premium houses offer several benefits when compared to a Non-Premium house. The benefits are as followed:

• Possession of land exclusive to its owner. Unlike Non-Premium houses, only one person may own the same premium house.
• Housing is generally larger and looks better.
• Option to add friends and gang members to the house.
• Possibility of a trash can in which items can be sold without having to go to spawn. Costs 25 gold.
  If your premium house does not have a trash can you can request a senior (Admin+) to place one.
• Faster entry times.
  
  

Unlike Non-Premium Houses, entry inside of a Premium House is always 1 second. The entry timings for premium houses do not depend on the rank of the player. Option for customization: despite some limitations, if you contact an Admin+, minor customization such as adding player skulls could be made. Premium houses are not to be confused with the “Premium” rank on GTM, you do not need a rank to buy a premium house. You just need sufficient gold in order to purchase a specific premium house.

Vaults
Vaults are used similar to backpacks, but they are only useable inside premium houses by using the /vault command. These vaults can have a total of 30 pages each page costing 10 gold.
Unique to vaults is the Item searching menu for items as shown in this image below which lets you search your entire vault for any item.

Another feature is The Page Manager, inside this menu you can view all your pages and how full they are, how many spaces are available, and the overall price of the page

The Real Estate Agent
If you go to our Info Building at /spawn you can find The Real Estate Agent. If you right click him you can see all vacant premium-houses that exist on GTM-Minesantos. You will get a 15 second teleport timer if you teleport to one of the vacant houses. This includes every rank!



Extra information
The cost of a premium house depends on the number of chests present. Each chest is worth 5 gold. In addition, occasionally, factors such as location and size may also affect the cost of a house. Currently, the lowest premium homes cost no less than 75 gold, but the majority of houses are above 75 gold.
