This is a thread that explains another thread that I posted beforehand, the link can be found here below.
It is recommended that staff and other players read that thread first before they dive in depth of this one, but do what you want, it doesn't really matter as long you get my point.
    https://grandtheftmc.net/threads/th...-for-vice-and-no-it-aint-about-season-3.9034/

Okay so here are three of the small issues that I think have the greatest effect to players and the solutions that I believe will solve the problems.

#1. Reset the entire Vice Season 2 map back to its original state.
The entire map literally looks like it got hit by Tsar Bomba. Almost every area of the region has been littered with explosion craters, likely from TNT or explosions of weapons; like it's just a huge mess. Buildings of former cartels are everywhere with most of them destroyed or badly damaged, leaving them impossible to repair or even reconstruct. It's kinda hard to settle a large farm somewhere when you have damaged buildings everywhere and the rest of the land has been ravaged.

So to simply fix this issue just revert the map back to when Season 2 started, or just reset the map, which should be a really simple task. According to the staff during Vice Season 2, you guys did have a copy of the entire Vice map, so it should be a very simple issue to solve. That will provide all of the Vice players a fresh start to build our farms, and since the map is a huge 64,000 blocks by 64,000 blocks rectangular map plot, we should have plenty of space to build. (or blow stuff up again, since there isn't many of us there's plenty of room to share)

    #2. Add a /sell command.
Now having to fill your backpack and your entire inventory is one thing, but having to go back to the same spawn and having to click the selling NPC twenty hundred times straight due to the limited commands is just makes selling a time-consuming nightmare. Also note that since I am have a Supreme Rank, my backpack has 11 rows of inventory space, almost 5 times as many rows as non-ranked players. So imagine you, a non-ranked player, trying to manage a giant farm that you built by attempting to sell over 2400+ stacks of drugs, and every time you fill up your inventory, you have to go back to spawn, which takes a couple of seconds, and sell everything to the NPC manually. Then, you have to go back to your base, which will also take a couple seconds to teleport, and gather another 45 stacks of drugs, and then waste even more time teleporting from the spawn and back to your base. Now repeat that process, 60 more times.

In the total amount of time that I spent on Vice, probably 70% of it was just spent on selling drugs, over, and over, and over, and OVER AGAIN. I actually did a test in which I tasked myself to sell over 2400+ stacks of drugs (so equivalent to approximately 60 large chests full, so over 120 normal chests full of drugs), and I performed it in the most efficient way of gathering and selling them; that method was breaking 2 large chests full of drugs, dropping them all into item form, and then shift clicking all of them into an empty backpack and inventory, and then going back to spawn to sell them, and then warp back to base and collect the remaining dropped drugs, and then repeating the process-in total, this one cycle took probably two to three minutes minimum. The total time it took for me to finish selling everything was THREE HOURS (it included a 15-minute break that I took due to my hand cramping from clicking, but that doesn't make much of a difference to my point). Three long boring hours to sell, as a SUPREME RANK, with over 16 full rows of inventory space with my expanded backpack and inventory both empty.

So if you can see, out of all the three issues that I am explaining, this one is probably the most aggravating and frustrating of them all. The extremely slow and boring process of having to sell all of them manually just makes the whole experience of Vice a painful ordeal of time and method management. Even with the benefits of my Supreme Rank, this was just so much to bear and go through, and I'm not gonna even think about what the lower-rank players had to do to sell their things.

So my solution for this issue? Please, just please add a /sell command for us in the Vice map. The developers implemented it for players in the GTM spawn, so why not implement it the map in Vice? The coding for adding such a command can't be that hard, since the selling NPC has a function for selling menu, so inputing the command for /sell for Vice players shouldn't be that difficult. The /sell needs to work for us while we are around the Vice Map, not the spawn itself, sicne we already have NPC who does that already. As I said, if it didn't take much of an effort to implement a /sell command for GTM, then it wouldn't really take much of an effort to add /sell to Vice. So just do us all of favor and lift our burdens by adding the /sell, it's that simple.

Issue #3. Change Machine Particles for Broken Machines
The drug-processing machines work fine and don't cause any problems while they're working.
Until their durability breaks and your screen starts to lag...
Okay, so let me explain the particle mechanics of the machines so staff would better understand this. When you place machines, they will emit particles depending on their status and what is required. If you place a machine that does not have a connecting fuel source (Coal, Wood, Lava, Blocks of coal), then the machines will emit red particles. If the machines have a fuel source but does not have any input sources (drugs and other similarities), it will emit orange particles. When a machine has both these sources and is processing the drugs, it will emit green particles. With a small row of machines, the particles don't cause as much disturbance to performance and framerate. However, once you start making bigger and better farms with hundreds of machines, that's when you will start to notice the toll your framerate will take under all the particles appearing on your screen, reducing framerate from 120 FPS to a measly 10 FPS, slowing your performance drastically. But have no fear, there is a solution to this issue, which is just turning off all your particles in your visual settings in Minecraft (I believe it works even if you don't have the Optifine mod, I'll have to check into that). Just switch all particles to off, and hooray! No more particles! The machines will still be working normally, but now you don't have to endure the low framerate. It might be a bit annoying if you're trying to check the durability of machines and what's working and what's not processing drugs, but it's way better than having 10 FPS and going 5 times as slower.

But wait, this is where it starts getting interesting. What particles do the machines emit when the machines run out of durability and break? Well, when the machines run out of durability, they will start emitting a bunch of smoke particles (A.K.A the angry villager particles). Now unlike the other three particles that the machine emit, these cannot be turned off by either Optifine nor visual settings, so they will appear on your screen for the rest of eternity until you either break them or blow them up. For large farms, this just becomes a huge problem for us. With your framerate significantly decreased, your computer processes becomes slower. With your processes slower, it takes much more time to break machines, taking even a couple of seconds to break just one in some cases. Now try having to break over 400 machines, over and over and over again with that low of a framerate; it just becomes unbearable and agonizing.

The solution? Switch those particles to something that can turned off visually in the settings, like the orange, red, and green particles, but with a black color to represent them breaking or any other color that we can turn off visually. It shouldn't be hard to change the coding of that, perfect and simple.
