  Hi 11kobeer. Just out of curiousity why can I only get 50 permits back when I paid for more? Its the servers glitch that caused my loss of permits. Would it not make sense for me to get back all I lost? Its not like a readily replaceable ingame item. Like a jetpack or net launcher. They are real world expensive.

  Hello, I have no idea if youre ever gonna read that but I have a problem:
  I made a Support Ticket on last Wednesday, so its been 9 days and I have received no respond or anything.
  I lost all my 195 Permits after changing my ingame Name and now really need them back, I have made a list of all Transaction IDs
  Could you maybe take a look at it? The Number is #VAYZMOD

    When you have purchased an item, it is the unique key that links your purchase with the item(s) you bought. But if you have not purchased anything, as Taco said, please put N/A.
