I feel kind of sad to have to write this. But it's needed as a last hope to create justice, and then I wont mention it again. I just want to show the 3 threads where peraldon repeatedly have confirmed that it was a known bug and that we had nothing to worry about. But still in the end it all went wrong and the 1st and 2nd of the voting war of september got denied their prizes. To just ignore the ones that actually achieved this, must feel like a betrayal. I think HenningLenz and Fennekin_Is_Back both gave up now, but they really deserve better. So thats all, I still hope that this can be corrected for those guys so they can be rewarded for their hard work And this is the screenshot of the real winners (taken 22:20 CET on 30 september) from the old website, that luckily still counts the votes accurate:
I would also like to mention that it isn't a visual bug (as mentioned), all of these are legit votes. The reason they are so high, is because one of the voting websites (TopG I believe) allows you to vote every 12 hours, allowing for another vote to be squeezed in every day. Just thought I'd mention this.
I believe that the true winners of this contest should be given their rightful vote as they went through the trouble and hussle of voting regularly awaiting a reward and giving the server reputation. Would be good if you gave @HenningLenz her rightful reward.
Ye @Fennekin_Is_Back deserves it too. " I TRIED SO FUCKING HARD I WOKE UP AT NIGHT TO VOTE WHILE I WAS TIRED STAYED UP TO VOTE ONE TIME I EVEN MISSED THE BUS TO SCHOOL BECAUSE I WS 10 MIN AWAY FROM VOTING " He probably tried even harder than me.
I feel terrible for this situation, but the fact of the matter is that rewards were already given out. I can't reverse that, but I will do my best to give back what I can to HenningLenz and Fennekin_Is_Back. Also, creating threads and posting comments is not the way to get something fixed. You can private message me or any other admin+ and they'll bring it back to me.
please please what will happen to me. I know I was tied for 5th and you can check with Dszmine he's knows we were tied for a while. Ive worked really hard for this.
