For issues concerning store purchases, bans, and reports create a support ticket at https://grandtheftmc.net/support However, please ensure you are sending the ticket to the correct department, or your issue may be left unresolved! Below, you can find all the different departments.

Purchases
This department deals with payment issues, questions regarding our store, and other related topics.

Punishment Appeals

This department deals with any and all appeals for mutes, bans, and kicks on our forum or server. You can only appeal for a punishment longer than 3 days. For example: You can’t make an appeal for a 1 hour mute.

Player Reports
This department deals with all reports of players breaking the rules. The main things you can report a player on is for hacking, purchasing deal scamming, and DDOS threatening. You can find the complete rulebook at https://grandtheftmc.net/forums/rules-and-community-guidelines.12/

Staff Reports
This department deals with any and all reports against staff members. If you believe that a staff member is breaking the rules or being unfair, you may create a report against the staff member which will be reviewed by the senior team.

Other Support
This department is for any general support relating to GTM that does not fit in the other departments. This can include issues with voting or lag, and more.

Request Custom House

Requesting custom houses is currently disabled. We will inform you on the discord when it is enabled again. Although this is still in the Department List if you create a ticket concerning a Custom House your ticket will not be responded too.

Again, be sure that you are sending the ticket to the CORRECT DEPARTMENT or your issue may be left unresolved!
