    The house is 196 chests and plus 5 permits which is 201 .It has a boat next to it that is 15 chests equals 216 plus five equals 221 plus 10 permits equals 231 permits. The extra 5 on the boat and house are the trash cans.

    From what I've heard, we are not accepting or plan on adding in any custom houses at the moment. But damn, it looks good!
