    I would like to say if any player has been reported for hacks with say a video i believe that the staff should look in detail to the "proof" and see if there actually hacking and not skim the vid say once or twice look in detail

    Maybe more staff members would be better for the server just in case if any one ever needs help and staff are not on.

    Staff are required to thoroughly examine any proof. If unsure, they can also post it for review. If even the, by a small chance a player is falsly banned, they can always appeal.

    I did /help a few times, yet no one responded. There was like 7 staff on gtm1 just clearly playing or chilling at spawn.
