Vehicles need to be payed for twice.

    This is a small bug i discovered.
    When you're vehicle is alredy in the map (spawned in)
    And you want to call it.
    Somthing weird happens.
    If you call it once it says it has arrived and it takes 200$
    Then when you call it again it spawns and takes 200$ again.
    This is just a small bug that kinda annoys me i dont really know if its supposed to be like this or not...

    I believe it costs $200 to remove the vehicle, then $200 to spawn it in, so that would make sense.
