Unfairly muted by Jvkatox

Ok so it was only a ten minute mute but i was completely innocent. I was telling people to come to my drop party in my prem house. I did this by saying "all who want to come to dp say "I". the chat filled with I and Jvkatox gave me a warning about encouraging spam. This was the first warning. I then thought to avoid that i changed my sentence. "all who want to come top dp MSG me "I"". The result is that people still said I in chat. This was not my fault. I specifically said to MSG me, but they didnt listen. I was then muted by jvkatox just before the dp started. Not only was it unfair but i had only been given ONE warning, while the mute said, WARNINGS: 3. REASON: encouraging spam. The mute is already over and i dont really care about that but what i do care about is that Jvkatox unfairly punished me. I have a few screenshots to prove some stuff and i also have witnesses on gtm 1 who can say what happended.



P.S. The Pictures i uploaded are acting all weird so some are duplicates of others. I also dont ahve a screenshot of every single thing that was said but i hope this can help a little bit somehow.

 

Hey sascha! You clearly said "Say I to be in the DP.". If you didn't wanna encourage spam, you should have said "PM me "I" to be in Dp!"

What you did encouraged spam and I warned you several times. The mute was justified.

 

Dude i did! the first time i said to say I! the second time i said MSG ME and then everyone spammed chat again AND U BLAMED ME! ITS NOT MY FAULT. it was not justified. YOU MISREAD WHAT I SAID and muted me! not to mention that would have only been my SECOND warning. But u muted me with reasoning of 3. It was not justified to READ INCORRECTLY.

 

Your mute was justified and I muted you because you were causing peopel to spam.

me saying 3 warning was a mistake. But the number of warnings as to be 1 for a mute, You're lucky to not have been muted on the first warning.

 

Mute was justified, I see no reason for this thread.
