Suggestion: Exclusive Events So, I have played this server for a little over 2 months, and it is better by every server I have played by far. However, one thing that I think could potentially benefit this server a lot is events. Events can be separated into 2 sections, (Please vote on which you think is better,) Holiday Events or Monthly Events. Holiday Events would be created on each major holiday, (Halloween, New Years, etc.) The object of each event would be to get the most kills in a set amount of time, say 1 week. The developers could implement a mod to where you can't kill the same person more than once every 15 minutes to prevent alt killing. The prizes could be exclusive prefixes, weapons or even a kit! (This may have been a little hard to understand. Let me break it down for you.) Holiday Events: Example: Christmas Event Time: December 21st - December 27th Event Challenge: Get the most kills Event Prizes: 1st Place - Santa Prefix/Santa Kit, 2nd Place - Elf Prefix/Elf Kit, 3rd Place - Reindeer Prefix/Reindeer Kit. ----- Prefixes: (I have VIP rank) Santa GamerBot74 Elf GamerBot74 Reindeer GamerBot74 Each Kit would contain a small number of items, nothing too overpowered (Claimed Weekly): Santa: Netgun, Gusenburg, 5x of each type of bomb, and iron tier armor. Elf: Stun-gun, a leather tier vest, and a carbine-rifle. Reindeer: A few pistols, a leather tier helmet, and 5 proximity mines. =============================================================== Season Events: Example: Summer Event Time: Start of Summer -> End of Summer Event Challenge: Loot the most chests, or get the most kills. Event Prizes: 1st Place - "Blazin" Prefix/Blazin Kit, 2nd Place - "Sweaty" Prefix/Sweaty Kit, 3rd Place - "Pool" Prefix/Pool Kit. ----- Prefixes: (I have VIP rank) Blazin GamerBot74 Sweaty GamerBot74 Pool GamerBot74 Each Kit would contain a small number of items, nothing too overpowered (Claimed Monthly): Blazin: Flamethrower, Chainsaw, Nikes, Kevlar Vest, Titanium Helmet, Gusenburg, Marksman Pistol, and 16x Molotovs + Sticky Bombs. Sweaty: Gusenburg, Heavy Shotgun, Bat, Kevlar Vest, Pants, and 10x Molotovs + Proximity Mines. Pool: Netgun, Knife, Pants, Carbine Rifle, and 5x Grenades + Sticky Bombs.
There used to actually be seasonal events which were dope as fuck. (My personal favourite was halloween 2017). Only problem these days is that GTM only has one current developer, and I’m not sure this could be done with one developer.
I loved the christmas 2017 event, but ive also heard that the easter egg one was very good. But christmas 2017 is BY FAR my favorite, i wish we could do more like it.
I agree with @Owendog77, I was there for all of the 2017 events, and christmas was my favorite. Halloween was awesome too.
