Soo... clearly we cant find a balance for the minigun that makes everybody happy. What if we created a second, smaller map that godfathers and supremes cant get to, it's still part of the same server but minigun usage does not exist. This way the minigun can be "OP" but still fair for hobos It's still possible for the hobos to get onto the main server but they may not want to.
This sounds like Proxorrs idea, but as I told him. This would be a viable option as long as you guys are ok with waiting 2months for it to roll out.

What if in the preferences people who are below pimp rank could toggle godfather interaction To prevent this from being abused we could make it so that preferences could only be toggled in spawn I think this is a much better idea than what i previously shared and I see far less complication and frustration Another thing is that we can make it so players wearing a JP can be hit by anything and both the micro SMG and the katana can do dmg to everybody But for an honest opinion i dont think anything should be changed... i think that a week ago everything was perfect... my theory is that people who actually care about the server enough to donate later in there career are the people that wont quit whenever they die to a minigunner As ive said in previous threads we have mili base, moria, trailerpark, poverty, indust, and much trees for a reason. That's just my honest opinion, i hope you really take it into consideration I never ment to be rude or disrespectful but when you nerf the mini to the point of donors quiting you will eventually have no server left to update...
Everybody would constantly having to test fire at people and then also the matter of noobs who just follow major fights and pick up all the loot without having a chance of dying, it would be so bad, so fast.
I think it might a better idea to add minigun zones to the existing map, maybe around the hotspots like Bank and CityCenter, so that when you're a noob walking around somewhere on the highway on in some back alley in the city you won't get minigunned, but you can still decide to go into zones where miniguns are a thing.
Or the whole city can be a minigun warzone. To prevent hobos from warping into the city, we can make it so if you're a hobo, you only have access to special warps that exist outside of the city. As you rank up, the more warps you get. If you're a hobo you might get Seashore, Trailerpark, Bridge and that's all. Then you rank up and you get access to 2 more warps outside of the city. This way, if you want to go into the city, you have to walk there. This would help keep hobos outside of the cities and away from the minigun warzone.
The only problem is that there would have to be a clear boundry that players can see such as red wool boardering the zone where mini's can be used, this is an easy fix assuming that the staff team actually built it on ALL gtm's. Places such as IsleDeGrande and around military base would need to be mini zones as well
I think that it would be hard for players to understand this along with setting up new plugins for this it seems like a long shot. We will probably stick with adjusting the stats and price.
