Rollback Lost Permits + House Bought Trashcan broken

Okay before I knew a rollback was happening I had got my monthly sponsor rank and it got me up to two thousand tokens, so I had bought five permits. Totaling my up to fifteen permits and upon the rollback I had lost them, as well as the access to my army barracks house trashcan which had already been paid for in permits. This is annoying for I had used it a lot of the time as a mean to escape spawning.

If it is possible I'd like staff to be able to fix my trashcan and refund the two months I stayed on to get the tokens.

 

Same happend to me, i also bought yesterday 5 permits for 2k tokens from my monthly sponsor reward, and i lost both tokens and permits.

 

Just want to confirm this too. All my premium houses on all servers have broken trashcans since the reset. In total this is 14 trashcans spread over gtm1,2,3,4 & 5
