    I have purchased a rank and bought permits. I heard that I can get a refund but that will result in a perm ban. I would like to do this.
    Adding on to this because my post got locked. I was always told that If I bought something I could get a refund if I wanted to by staff. I know this was a long time ago, but staff have never told me that you cant.
