Interesting question. I would think yes since one person would still be using irl money for store. In my opinion, I doubt this would happen in game if you mean 1 player giving up a claimed premium house for something in the store.

Very interesting. If you did it over forums, I would think yes. But to my knowledge, this has never been done before. As I also have said before, this is unlikely to happen. My advice is to ask a staff member for confirmation if you are going to do this. Additional note for your information, if you did not know, you can ask a staff member to force sell a premium house if that player has not logged on for 2 months.
