Purchase didn't go through

    I bought some crowbars and then a couple minutes later on the server it said "thank you for buying the crowbars" but then I tried opening the crates and it said I didn't have enough crowbars and I did /crowbars but the amount of crowbars was the same as before I purchased my crowbars. I tried relogging, asking for help, but nothing worked. Could I get a solution to this or a refund?
