Purchasable unban

I think you should add a one time unban to the store for the people who are banned and would like to play GTM. The cost should be around 20$ so it would bring a lot of profit to the server. If a person buys the unban, there would be no reason for them to hack again on the server. It would bring back a lot of people who have been banned and want to start playing again without hacks.

I think it's a good idea to add the unban to the store mainly because almost every other server has it and it would bring back some ppl who really wanna play GTM again.

 

But this would also bring back hackers that dont care about money, i think you just have 2 chances 1. 7 day ban 2. Permanent, if they really wanna play again then they need to make a reaaaaly good appeal thats it!

 

Even if they don't care about money, they'll just get banned again if they hack. I understand what you mean though.

yeah but if they appeal they will just get the 3 chance for free but if they buy it then atleast they will give GTM money for the last chance and maybe with that money GTM can invest in like ads or something that would get more ppl to the server to grow the community

 

This is against Mojang's EULA and won't be added.

Because they maybe dont know or something, you need to ask them, not us

 

I don't like this idea at all, people have been banned for good reasons. Most of them don't deserve another chance.

 

It is also possible to sell the game advantages [Mojang Eula] ?

 

Mojangs eula is an agreement between server owners and mojang, it allows server owners to use the game under the condition that there server does not sell in game advantages such as double damage... thare are more things but this is the main one.

Whoever disliked iTraitors post is being rediculous... iTraitor is correct and is simply stating a fact that is out of his control.

The reason that some other servers have it is because they are simply overlooked by mojang, being one of the top servers comes with advantages and disadvantages. One of which is that mojang watches you closely.

Mojang has blacklisted several servers including a very popular factions server owned by TheCampingRusher

Dont quote me on this but this is my understanding.

I went back and read the eula and it is not "legal" for a server to sell unbans:
The reason is that they are allowing access to the server for a charge, because not everybody online has to pay this charge it is against the eula.


Servers can only make players pay for access if everybody has to pay the same amount, it also has to be a one time charge.

Basically, this is all out of our control, we have to limit what we sell to stay within Mojang's EULA. Selling an unban is against Mojang's EULA since as stated above, if you are going to make a charge for playing, you have to charge everyone.
