Promote @DieHeldernaar to Admin. Not sure what more this guy has to do. He's the longest current tenured SRMOD (too long IMO). The man literally doubled his play time last week like bruhh. K im done thx for reading (Side note: I placed a bet around 2 months ago that he would be promoted already and now I'm kinda salty just wanted to full disclosure that.)
Dieheld has been a srmod for longer then i can remember, there's no reason IMO he shouldn't be admin. Sky made it to manager in just over a year, im pretty sure dieheld got staff either same day or withen a month of sky getting it. IK they aren't the same people but like... y? Also credits to sky, every staff member should strive to be like him.
Skylix was here a few months before Die I believe. And the management team is very happy that you enjoy the performance of one of our staff members and we will keep all your comments under consideration.
It is not about how long a person is a staff member, it is all about the work he is showing to us. Skylix joined the staff team before DieHeldernaar. Thanks for your comments though, we are glad to hear that the community is enjoying the work of a staff member!
The more trusted people you have in higher positions of power, the better and more effective the staff team is, and thus the server. DieHeld has been grinding, especially in the past 2 weeks. I know for fact it's got nothing to do with how long someone is before they are promoted. There are a multitude of factors. But despite him doubling his playing time, being nice and helpful, knowing all of the commands necessary and being active across all platforms, he's trusted! Especially with the new custom houses, the senior team is expanding larger amounts of time and energy than ever before. Having Dieheld, a trusted and respected staff member, to help out is not a bad thing. It will only alleviate the workload of those on the senior team and will be better for everyone.
There have one or two people who recently stepped down because things were not getting done (I will not mention who told me). Some inactive Helpers were not getting demoted, and some very active people were not getting promoted. By not taking care of this, it devalues those who work hard. People will take time out of their day to grind, but when they see that people on their same level who do NOTHING are not being punished, that makes them feel like a worthless piece of crap. I know the senior team wants to take care of these people, but there is a limit to how much you can actually accomplish without making your team bigger. And GTM is not growing at its optimal rate because not enough trusted people and in enough high positions of power. Plain and simple.
