    Premium House 125, the house in a tree near Highway3, has a cost of 4 permits on GTM1, which fits the amount of chests in the house.
    However, on GTM4, the same house, with the same amount of chests, costs 100 permits.
    Could the price on GTM4 be changed to four? Or is there an actual reason why it's 100 permits on there and only 4 on GTM1?

    At its lowest it could be reduced to 20 permits based on the house type and location.

    Based on the house type, location, and previous owners.

    The one on GTM4 is 4 permits because the previous owner never intended for it to be sold.
