There is not really a rule against talking poorly about the server, and that makes your statement false. Talking rudely about staff is against the rules, however, and being punished is fair. Gary the Anticheat does not autoban, so you must be patient while a staff member deals with the possible hacker. We aren’t as fast as Gary, though

Oh yes, it does work just fine. Actually probably better than fine. Except, to make sure Gary will not false ban players by an un-tested, right now Gary will just alert staff. If you would have actually bothered the read the announcement, and hadn't started ignorantly spamming the forums... You probably won't be banned "everytime you say something bad another the server," but disrespecting staff, spamming forums, posting off-topic messages on an announcement post is another matter. if you know there is a fly hacker why do you keep going to jetpack ? just wait until a staff bans the hacker
