New Vehicle, Vehicle Models, Molotov Rebalance

    We still have a lot to do when it comes to vehicles, but to start we had a few of our vehicle models redone, as well as some changes to hopefully bring vehicles into the PvP Meta a little more.

    Vehicles will no longer give you blindness when exiting the vehicle, we feel like this was too harsh of a nerf to vehicles, and essentially killed any playstyle associated with them. Despite this we realize some strategies involving vehicles can still be OP, so we also decided to remove the Gusenberg Sweeper out of all vehicles. (Looking back, this change somehow didn't make it in todays restart, so will be live tomorrow).

    Vehicles will now spawn at certain points around the map, allowing players to use them in PvP, or for new players to stumble upon them!

    We've also added some new vehicle models in! In total there are 5 new models, those being the BMX, Police Car, Primo, Akuma and the Zentorno.

    (The BMX is only present on the 1.13+ pack, 1.11 and 1.10 will see the old BMX)

    New players would often get lost at spawn before even making it out into the warzone, with this new tutorial, the player is told to escape the prison, and make it to the portal to begin their journey on GTM. If the players wish, along the way there is useful information about loot crates, trashcans, and warping! Even if the player runs by this, they still make it into the warzone, instead of being stuck at spawn!

    ✪ Revamped Molotov Cocktail, it now has a quick explosion of flames, any player in that radius takes a small amount of direct damage, and then takes fire damage over 4 seconds. The delay between throwing Molotov's was also increased by 50%.
    * Fixed Jetpack Flight Speed on 1.16
    * Fixed a bug where you got teleported into the warzone, allowing you to fly after a restart
    * Fixed a bug with BM where you could not sell items without the ammo being exactly the same
    * Fixed a bug with gang sessions ending incorrectly, and not giving the correct rewards.
    * Added a warning 10 minutes before a gang territory begins
    * Increased time between territories to 2 hours to 2 and a half hours.

    This patch created 2 issues with vehicles spawning around the map too often, and Gang Territories announcing that there is another one in 10 minutes, right after one ends.

    Both these bugs are fixed, but won't go live until tomorrows restart! Since vehicles spawning around the map are a new feature, they aren't very widespread and will only be found around milibase, once this feature exists for longer, they will be added elsewhere.

    ✪ Added a new tag, this tag is awarded to the gang who achieves number one in a gang territory weekly session, and the gang has it for that entire week, until the next session ends!
