Missing Permits

    Just got off a 3 month ban (dumb reason on my part) and I noticed that my permit houses were no longer in my phone, which I expected, so I look at my permits and I only had 1 permit instead of the around 60 I had that took me a year to get. If there's any way I could get these back, please let me know. Thanks.

    Please create a support ticket to get help by an Admin. They may be able to give you your permits back. Make sure to explain from where you got your permits. Like if you bought or won them.

    Yeah this happened to me too. Im still missing my 50 permits that i had on GTM1 :(

    The solution to why you lost you're premium houses is after 30 days the server will force-sell you're prem houses whether you like it or not unfortunately
