First of all, thanks for explaining this to me and the GTM Community. I will now take some Points from your Post and discuss them. I've been doing Vote Wars since October now and I always was at least Top 3. That's because I literally log in at around 12AM CET and first Vote, then put like 150k in Lottery and then leave. Been doing that the past 30 Days with maybe one exception like always. The old Vote List in the Forums always got my Votes right. I checked it. This is backed by Micatchu. I sometimes use my 6th Vote at around 1AM CET but i can't get online at that time so I just vote while being offline. I believe that your System doesn't pick up correctly on offline Votes and I have backing for that. - I present to you - The Paradox of the 4th Vote Site. As shown above I voted on the other Sites around 27-28 Times although I think the 2nd Sites missing 1 or 2 Votes too but let's not get caught on that. The Exception is the 4th Site that I mostly vote on while being offline. The 4th Site has a precise timing of 12 hours that I have to get right to not push the time for the next Vote further back. So i mostly use it while being offline because most of the time I can't go online on a specific Time like for example 1:34PM. I believe that the System doesn't pick up on - or only very limited on - offline Votes. The Proof's that the old Vote Site put me 2nd like most of the time because @Micatchu 's been a Beast in Vote War lately and then @MrNoisyRay at third. Both of them saw me on 2nd Place before the Site got shut down. But then I only have "16" Votes on the 4th Site recorded by your System with 26-28 on the others. Something seems very off about that. I am aware that I probably won't get any Reward for the same Effort at last Month this time because of some shitty offline Votes but I still want to try to spread awareness about the supposedly glitched System. I'd love a Compensation if it turns out to be glitched because I am a greedy fuck but it's ok if not. TL;DR - Just go read it already and stop being lazy. Please consider my Post in your Judgement or help me understand how it makes any sence for a dedicated Player to have 28 Votes on all Site except for 16/60 on one for no Reason. Hello! If you take a look back through my first post, the 4th voting site had a minor issue with it up to the 18th of January. As a result of this, 9 votes were not counted for you. We still logged these though (hence the second log post that I put up). 16+9=25, which seems pretty on point with the amount of votes you've done on other sites as well, but doesn't ultimately put you in winning territory. The logging system doesn't even look at if the user is online. If you want, to prove it categorically for this month - one way or another - would be to list times you voted. You can do as many or as little as you like, and we can show that they're all being specifically logged for you.
service_id 4 can be voted on every 12 hours - due to it's specific lower cooldown You seem to forget that that Vote Site can be used twice a Day so I am potentially missing out on around 30-40 Votes 25 Votes is nothing for the 4th Site because the max cap per Month on there is 60 instead of 30. Maybe rethink that. So you are telling me that I effictively used the 4th Vote Site around 8 Days and then just stopped (8x2=16)? like wtf
So this is what I dont understand. We are 3 people apart from HenningLenz that are 100% sure that HenningLenz was on 2nd place. (MedTechGaming, MrNoisyRay and me). HenningLenz has - as long as he has joined the voting war - always had a top position and a very well deserved one. (Because I have had to work my ass of more than ever to win december and january) So HenningLenz was on 2nd place until the last day before the old site went down. So for sure within the “winning territory” (and that isn’t that many days ago). So why would an until now extremely dedicated voter suddenly just fail voting (just at the moment the old site goes down)?
Okey dokey, so I've taken the time to talk more with the engineering team, and as it turns out, your lack of votes counted on that site _is_ primarily because you vote when you're not online. We do say to be on the server you want the rewards - if you're not on said game server, we do not attribute the votes given. This is, currently, due to a constraint of the backend systems for detecting votes, and giving rewards. Down the road we do aim on making it so that you can vote from anywhere and it'll be fine. This should hopefully clear it up for you this month, though!

I told ya keep your Card because it's not your Fault, neither mine since there's literally no Description ingame saying that you have to be online. This just happened and it's how it is now.
Listen, this a a lot of money and I totally feel your frustration. But what I can do is to hold that money for you for some time. and that hopefully this will blow over and then I can give you your money back. Let's say it would never blow over, then I could make giveaways in your name. Most of all I just want you to give it some time (and hopefully you will miss gtm too much to give it up). And please until you're 100% sure, make sure to come online once like every 3 weeks to make sure to not loose your houses. and most of all: please don't leave! You will be missed
