Hello, I just got 15 permits on my main server GTM3 and am not finding any available houses to buy. I know that other houses have been "reset" so that newer players could own them. I went house hunting and found a house with an inactive owner that I would like to buy, however I have been having trouble getting a staff member who is able to do this to come and help. Yesterday I was able to get help from one mod but since neither of us have access to /seen he said he could not tell how long it had been since the player had played and could therefore not remove him as owner. I am in no particular rush to get access to this house but would appreciate help on the matter. Thank you!
