This thread will not help at all if one of you get scammed. When both of you are online and wish to do this deal, you can either /msg me (cursedskg) or ask in /help if a staff member will middleman for you. Staff cannot scam so you don't have to worry about that. You would state the deal in front of the staff member. If it was 2mil for a house, you would show him the house and both members would agree. The person paying 2mil would pay 2mil to the staff member. The person with the house would sell the house once the staff member confirms they have been paid. After the person buying the house has reciveved the house, the staff member would pay the person who sold the house the 2mil.
