Hello Skylix ore any Manager I hope I am writing this masage in the names of more than 30 GTM Players. I will not be nice ore respectfull in any way because it would not fit in. I am talking every day to maby GTM-Staff teamers and just GTM Players and what all people tell me more ore less is that this game need to be fixed in so many different kind of ways. Lets start with 1 of the biggest problems, GTM ever had: The Staff-Team. In the Staff team sould be players, which know the server for i would say a long time, to know the history and many players, they sould be able to speak a minimum of english and now for all you dump staffler, you should be FAIR. Yes i know what you guys think now, what the fuck am i lissening right know but i will explain everything in a sec. Lets take a closer look at some spacial Members of the Staff team (Nibnob aka Vapping). If he is doing anything good in the staff team besides from sucking Admins ore any Managers cock, would be nice to know because all I realy know about him is that he is lets say the second most staff right abuser right know on the server. Me and other GTM plaer have records in which the boy Nibnob is saying "Nobody not even a staff member is allowed to abuse ore use ac on GTM"! The problem with his anounce was that we found some other nice clips from him in which he is obviously abusing on GTM and talking about "hahah i love being a satff" so we asked him why so he sag "i love abusing my rights because nobody will punish me for that ..."! so if this is not enough prove for you i have something better: the young boy is so confident from him selfe that he is so dump to say everyone in the discord staff related infomations like who got banned for what and how long ... ore laughting about guys that drop druggs at spawn and just permanent ip baning them. Yeah slowly but save you realize that these kid is not just talking trash to you slow admins and aboth. Lets take one more example of what this boy Nibbi is doing. He is fighting a guy called xMedicallWeed yeah he got banned and you may know the reason because the good lod friend Nibbi sad this guy is unlegit and if this is true ore not you dont have any proof. And why do i know this? becaue i know nobody of you screen shared him, asked him the good old questin are you hacking and if your liing i will perm ban you and so on ... and if you didnt did that there is no prof! Maby the anticheat triggerd ore anything ore maby just Nibi sad this guy is unlegit he killed me... So now is the time where all normal players ask what is happening if I report a staff member? And yes this is pretty simple: you have a friend who is in the staff team and just ask him. So simple there are more than 5 Helper/Mods/SrMods which would answere you this question in less then 5seconds. They sad if you report a guy called Nibi not even 1 guy will give a fuck about you NOT EVEN 1! Ok so you think sheesh if they dont reacte to this lets try go in suport wait room and show some Staff members your nice clips in which the guy is hacking. Gues what ... 100 Points PING DELAY Nice you hit the maximum amount of points you could get. So i dont want you to get bored ore anything like that so in the end ther are some final words that could may help you in your future boys. Try to just have a minimum knowlege what your staff member are doing and maby just maby if there are like more than 10 staff reports do anything so the players think you would do something for them. Please let this kid Nibi know that he is a meme in like 50% of all players thoughts and try to be fair to players that will get banned ore are banned like xmedi because you may think 1 more time about it and notice that you did a realy i mean not this smal i mean this realy realy big mistake to ban him also that he is sutch a good suporter for your server and so on. Why should you even staff report? Like jjrocks literally said: " Tell me if anyone has made a staff report and i'll just deny it". Staff reports are useless anyway.
