their a time limit show up on the login. I think your home got sold due to the time expired by 45 days and if u haven't check in the place for that amount of time than it will be sold off.
Hello ToompjeVroompje, Sorry for the late response but if you had 40 permits and a house and now there all gone it was most likely due to it being forcesold. After 45 days of inactivity houses are force sold and the permits sometimes get removed. All you need to do is create a support ticket here(https://grandtheftmc.net/support-tickets/open) for Department select Other Support then explain your issue of how you lost your permits due to your house being forcesold.
