    As far as I'm sure he will get banned and but since the deal wasn't done over forums you can't get your items back. If I'm wrong about this if anyone could correct me then I would appreciate it

    It's bannable from what I know. Also, If somebody says their account doesn't work on the forms, then don't do a deal with them, not to mention that you should go last if you are giving items ingame.
