I bought elite hours ago. I checked on it after I read it saying wait 15 minutes. I recieved the money but not the elite rank. I was confused I thought it was just a bug so I waited and played hours later. Still havent got it! I spent $20 on it so if someone can help me that would be great because I'd be killed if I spent money on a game and it didnt work.
