How to report bugs without looking like an idiot

    Hello everyone!

    I just wanted to make a little thread on how to report a bug properly, so that myself and the development team don't want to slit their wrists.

    This is how you do NOT report a bug:

    MixLogic: Peraldon
    peraldon: Yes?
    MixLogic: Can I ask you a question?
    peraldon: Uh...yes?
    MixLogic: Why is my dildo broken??!!?
    peraldon: .....

    The only thing worse than conversations like that is having to listen to Prez sing reggae, so please don't do it.

    Anyways, on to how to report a bug properly!

    When you report one, you need to ask yourself a number of questions:
    1. What did you do just before this bug happened?
    2. What should have happened?
    3. What happened instead?

    If you can answer those 3 questions in your thread, along with the IGNs of users affected, then we're fine and dandy.
