Hello there, We don't have a rule against swearing/insulting players. GTM/GTA is a M-rated action game which can include extremely coarse language. You can use the command /ignore name. This'll make it so you can't see the messages of a certain player. The player gets ignored. In the future, you can make a player report at www.grandtheftmc.net/support. Have fun playing!
