    Hey my friend (Maxcraft1000) cant connect any longer to the server.
    He deleted the ip and put it back on but it doesnt work.
    When he wants to join the server in 1.12 it doesnt work but when he goes to 1.8 it worrks

    Are you sure he got the correct ip on 1.12.2? Maybe he needs to refresh sometimes.

    I haven't heard of this problem before. I would guess that this would be a problem on your friend's end. As Bright has said, a refresh may help. Also a computer restart or a re-download of his 1.12.2 Minecraft Version could possibly fix this.
