Submit a ticket, check for PayPal or CC receipt.

 

By the way cant you just Check recent purcheses

 

Staff can check Buycraft's database for any purchases, although I am not staff so you will have to make a ticket and wait for a reply.

Matin, it really has no use raging like that and also not giving Ant a thumbs down when he is actually trying to give you advice.

Anyway open a ticket here: http://grandtheftmc.net/support-tickets/open and look in your mail from the purchase what the transactionID is, you will need that for the ticket.
