We didn't agree to who'd go first so the deal didn't go through. I'm not going to send $1m to someone who registered 15 minutes ago. In my opinion his plan is to scam someone, send his brother the money, and then get banned...
Just record yourself doing the deal, if something goes wrong, you will receive your money back and this guy (along with his brother, or whoever) will be banned. But if you really do believe that he is scamming, don't do the deal, I am not pushing you to do anything.

@BaconOverflow if he did end up scamming but it wasn’t through forums. The player must record but the maximum thing that can be done is to ban the player but as it wasn’t through forums the player that got scammed wouldn’t get his money back. If any evidence can be sent to me i’ll happily watch the video. But if it wasn’t recorded. Nothing can be done as there is no evidence at all.
