    I don't think the people who developed this forum would have given regular members like ourselves permission to Hard Delete posts. When a post is deleted, people with normal permissions can no longer see the post, but certain staff can. Only if a post is Hard Deleted is it PERMANENTLY deleted from the forum. So, if he did in fact reply to this thread, I am POSITIVE a Manager will see it!
