Didn't Receive Kit Drugs Permanent!

Hello players and staff of gtm! I have gotten a little bug report on a 3 star crate here's what happened:

So I had 50 crowbars to spend on a 3 star crate and I opened up the crate, I got Kit Drugs permanent but I didn't receive the Kit Drugs Permanent on /kits
I was opening the 5 star crate and I got the reward and nothing happened in the process
I contacted a SrMod that was online (JJRocks2001) and he said apply on the forums.

Do you have any screenshots of when you got it??? If you didn't take any screenshots go to you .minecraft folder then click on logs and then look for the day you got it and then just look for when it says you got permanent kid drugs and then Gyazo a screenshot of what it says and put the like to the gyazo here please : )

 

Thanks pistanmarc but it worked yesterday, I just had to re-log for it to work.
