Fuck no im not paying 10 mil for 10 dubs, you would have to be stupid to pay that much. I thought it was going to be like 50-100K each. I understand your trying to remove money from the economy, and I support that 100%, but 500k/chest is insane. Maby not so much on gtm1, but on 4 the economy is completely different.
I believe the bt at the time was overwhelmed, and the map crowding. I wasnt staff at the time so I have no further details. Some players can afford that. And when the reward is a fully custom house, that stands out to everyone elses house, with its hidden vaults, distinct build style, and secrets only you know to you, there isnt really a much better place to spend your money. Thats why several players are going for this. But hey, what ever works at this point.
No matter what that's insane for even the richest players to pay. In my opinion for every 5 chests in the house it should cost an extra permit and 500K. That way it doesn't cost an arm and 2 legs but also requires some more permits. More permits spent on houses = more sales/less un-used permits.
