    I would my custom house to be a pent house in the city preferably near crossroads. I would like it to be giant with as many chests as possible with the cost of 165 permits. I would like it to have 1 trashcan. and Yeah that's pretty much it.

    In the custom house info thread it ses "build for you" it also ses that it will cost 10 permits because it is "custom"

    It also ses you need to tell them what you want the house too look like and that it will be "built" by snowzie
