So, earlier today I was in cop mode, running around as usual, when I spotted a drug dealer. I walked up to it, wanting to see if it had any drugs I was interested in, when I was killed from behind. When I then entered spectator mode, I flew the last few blocks to the Drug Dealer and right-clicked it to see it's inventory. When I did that, however, the Dealer's inventory immediately closed again and I received 20k, with two identical messages in the chat saying something along the lines of "You received 10,000 for arresting a drug dealer." (I'm not quite sure, as I didn't take any screenshots.) Now, curious about what happened there, one and a half hours later, after having found a Drug Dealer, I switched into cop mode again and tried arresting the Dealer. I tried right-clicking it, punching it, shooting it with my Stun Gun, and with my Assault Shotgun, but none of it had any effect. So, wondering if it was only possible in spectator mode, I jumped from a nearby roof and tried right- and left-clicking it in spectator mode, Which also had no effect. So, TL;DR: I gained money from right-clicking a Drug Dealer after being killed in Cop Mode, but it only happened that one time, and when I tried it again later it did not work anymore.
It would be a cool feature to be able to arrest drug dealers, although 10k is a bit much. I’d like to see this implemented as an actuall idea instead of a bug, hope something good comes out of this, thanks for reporting!
To be honest, I think 10k would be quite a good reward for it, considering that you'd first have to find one. It'd be more of a lucky thing than arresting other people.
