Asked for a house after the owner was off for a month first but sold to another person?

    As in the title, my gang asked for the treehouse near the courtyard when the owner was off for 1 month. The staff responded with "No, Geo_Chri is in an on-going matter". A day later we go to the house and find that it is sold to Guppi_ExE, even though we asked first.
