Recently some people have complained that we don't investigate complaints about staff members. After an investigation into looking into one of the staff members with the most complaints we found the reports to be true. Last night the Senior Staff Team made the decision to fire Grandacity after the investigation we did. We found a pattern of misconduct, abuse, false bans, disrespect, bad mouthing staff and general disrespect of GTM itself. We would like to apologize for the poor misconduct and work of this staff member and will continue to take reports from players. Thank you for being apart of this community
I really appreciate this openness and honesty, Mix! This will definitely show some people in the community who doubt management's investigations are not thorough otherwise.

I'm grateful staff decided to let ius in on this. There have been a large number of players complaining on forums about staff members, which has been fairly annoying. Hopefully this will show that complaining properly and civilly is the best way to go, and the proper way to get their complaint reviewed. I can't believe Grandacity of all staff got fired. It's a shame that the man who caught 600+ hackers had to go out like this...
