I lost stuff i won from crates (spent $ on crowbars)

Earlier today i bought 500 crowbars using the blackfriday coupon and used about 300 on crates and saved the rest, i reorganized my chests including the stuff i won in one of the chests, i went afk for a couple hours and when i came back on it was all gone, could a staff member help me out? i lost 2 pairs of spectactles and other stuff on gtm 5

 

Show some evidence like for example maybe screenshots of your logs of this event happening.

If u scroll up to the top their is a button called Support if you hit it it will give you options. Then you hit it create new ticket when you make the new ticket their is a button which you can change options and change it to purchase.

 

Im not sure what a buycraft id is when i was trying to fill in the ticket

 

It should be in your email when you bought it
