    I, Veysel__, will pay ToNightless a certain amount of money for him not bidding on the 750 gold bunker auction, today March 8th 2025. If I'll be able to buy the house for under 850m I pay him 120m, if I get it for under 1b I pay him 100m, if I get it for anything higher than 1b I pay him 85m. Plus he get's a 10% discount on every house he'll buy from me in the future.
