    Anarchy doesn't necessarily mean hacking is allowed, but it does imply no rules, which some people think means 'hacks are ok.'

    I legit saw a guy on GTM-1 using fly hacks in the lobby, asking the mods if hacks were ok. This tells me something's wrong.
