    This deal will be a long played out deal.
    I will buy Nicolars04 a 50$ Gc and in return he will give me 58 mil on gtm1.

    The catch is that he will give me the money in 2 parts.

    I will receive the first half upon completion of the purchase.
    And then I will receive the second half as soon as he gets the rest from him selling his house.

    This is about a 1 week deal.

    I agree. I pay 29mil first because I'm selling my house to someone in a week. I also made a forum post about this so I know for sure that I can pay fighter.
