    I've got a 1.3 hour recording, it shows me putting in loot into a house. and then never going back there, 1 hour later i come back there (after the reset) and it appears that ALL my loot is gone from the house.

    About any sort of Item-replacement you will have to contact a senior, but I hope I can already cheer you up by telling you that if you have a recording and therefore evidence of what happened there is a good chance the seniors are able to help you!
