Custom houses refer to Premium Houses that are CUSTOM Built for a player. Players who request custom houses can oversee the construction of their house and coordinate with the designated builder making the house to have their house built just the way they want it! Advantages of owning a custom house include: You choose what your house should look like. You can coordinate with the builder that is building your house to make it just the way you like (within reason). For example, if you want secret rooms in your house, you can have secret rooms! If you want a basement, you got it! Do you like balconies? Sure! Having your name be integrated into the design of the house to let everyone know who is the Lord of the Mansion! Have custom player skulls of you and your friend where ever you want in the house to get whatever kinky roleplay you wanna get going! ONLY Custom Houses are allowed to have an Ender chest in them so you don't have to go alllll the way back to spawn. In regular houses, if the owner of the house is offline for over 45 days, the house is forced sold. With Custom Houses, that limit has been increased to 60 days! This time around, players may only have their houses placed on the island of Alaska. Alaska is a brand new Island purchased from mother Russia just for Custom houses! Players are allowed to choose which part of Alaska they would like their custom house built on, on a first-come-first-server basis. Please note, that in order to maximize the space-efficiency of custom houses on this island, your requested location may not always be approved. Custom houses now require payment in both Permits and Money. Permits: As with regular premium houses, Custom houses cost the same amount of permits as the amount of chest in order to buy them. However, unlike regular premium houses, in addition to this, an extra 30% of the permits required to buy the house will be taken and you will not get them back after selling the house. For example, if you buy a 100 chests custom house, you will need 100 permits to own the house. If you sell your custom house, you will get this amount back. But on top of that 100 permits, you must pay an additional 30 Permits (that you do not get back) to have the house built. So in total, to buy a 100 Permit Custom House you will need 130 Permits. Money: Custom houses also require money in order to request. For every chest in your house, you will be charged a certain amount. A portion of the money charged for the custom house will go to the builder building your house and the rest will be removed from the economy. Extremely large houses (over 100 chests) will cost extra as an oversized fee). House prices also depend on the server you request your Custom House to be placed on. The prices are as follows: For the first 100 chests: GTM1 = 1,750,000$ or 1.75mil per Chest GTM4 = 875,000$ or 0.875mil per Chest GTM7 = N/A For every chest after the first 100 (for up to 250 chests): GTM1 = 3,500,000$ or 3.5mil per Chest GTM4 = 1,750,000$ or 1.75mil per Chest GTM7 = N/A ** Seem confusing? We know. That's why you can use the CUSTOM HOUSE COST CALCULATOR to find out how much will your dream house cost! *These rules are in place to ensure that the Custom Housing system cannot be misused and/or used to scam, undermine, or mess with others. 1. The smallest custom house you can request is 30 chest. The largest house allowed is 250 chests. 2. You may only have ONE Custom House at a time. If you wish to buy more, you may choose to have your previous house removed (with no refund). 3. You may not sell your Custom House to another player. If you do so, your house will be removed and the protection of the items inside is not guaranteed. 4. You cannot request for absurd things to be added to your house. (i.e. Casino Machines, Lottery, etc.) 5. Islands are NOT BEING MADE. You cannot request an island. 6. You cannot request specific builders to make your Custom House. As an extension, Custom Houses will ONLY be placed on the Alaska warp! 7. House sizes will be proportional to the number of chests in the house. This means that a 30 permit house must be about half as big as a 60 permit house. **Take note of the information provided here. If a request is filled out incorrectly you may not get exactly what you requested.1. First, you must go to Support Tickets at the top right of our website, right next to the Twitter button. Next, you will need to open a new ticket by clicking Open New Ticket. 2. Next, you will need to change the department to Custom Houses. If you do not change the department, the Custom House ticket will not be shown. 3. From here, you will need to fill out the information it asks for (i.e. what server the house will be on, your username, your money and permit balance on said server, etc.) 4. After filling this out, in the bottom text box you will describe what you'd like included in the house and what it looks like. 5. After completing all the fields it ask for, you're done! Just hit the Open button at the bottom of the screen and the Build Team Management team will look at the ticket shortly. Here's an example of a filled-out request: View attachment 3988 Once you have filed a request for a custom house, then paid the house dues, you will be assigned a builder who will build the custom house. Once all is decided, you will be teleported on creative to the location of your custom house so you can set your home there. Check back whenever you like to see the progress of your house! If you would like to request more details about the build, add more requests, or make other changes, you can: a) You can contact your assigned Builder directly through discord. b) You can ask right on the support ticket. Before the house is moved on to GTM, you will have the chance to review everything and make sure everything is just the way you like!
