    I dont know i Was playing lika a half year ago the last time and when i come online i saw that my House with All the stuff was cleand and wen i get into the City i cant find the whole building it was near the gastation and it Cost like 150k and i had all my stuff in it

    Well if you don’t even own the house and you haven’t been on for over half a year, it’s possible a map update or something caused you to lose your items. Especially without any proof and the fact you don’t know when it happened, we won’t be able to refund your items.
