Any idea why my Minecraft says "cant reach server"?

Well, i haven't played in a solid 6 months, from what i can remember clearly. But, i came back and got a new computer cause mine crapped the bed, but i downloaded most of the other server's i had an it wouldn't let me into GTM server at all anymore. I don't think that will really help but i downloaded everything fresh about 3 weeks ago an had windows reinstalled as well.

 

I moved locations, but same city.
